weary receptionist awkward checkout
The room had music playing upon entry. This was acceptable.
the customer service was not good. the receptionist seemed weary, showing a lack of genuine engagement. i requested a late checkout and received only ten minutes extra. also, i was asked to pay for a meal i did not have, this was awkward.

The decor was beautiful and the atmosphere felt cute. I found my room to be spacious and clean. The bar offered nice cocktails. the brasserie had a lovely breakfast selection. The staff were polite. The young man behind the bar definitely deserves credit for his amazing cocktails.

I found the staff very cute. The food in the restaurant tasted delicious. My bed felt comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. I also liked the ample toiletries, bottled water. the convenient coffee maker provided in the room. I enjoyed the extra touches!
The lift had a recorded message reminding me to mind the doors. It was a bit noisy. Though it didn't keep me awake, I did hear it from my room.

the staff always were really nice, they accommodated every request i had. the room had a large size and it was also clean. breakfast included a delicious selection, it was really good. the location felt fab and convenient to everything.
the walls seemed to be a bit thin, i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.
